    He was also known as Lodewyck Ackerman. He emigrated in 1662 from New Amsterdam, New York County, New York. He resided at Farm, Fordham, New York, in 1674. He and Jannetie Bleyck Joined the RDC Hackensack, NJ 29-Jul-1687. Lodowyck Ackerman and Jannetie Bleyck at Dutch Reformed Church, Hackensack, Bergen County, New Jersey, 29-Jul-1687. Lodowyck Ackerman sold land a small piece of land, now part of present (1905) site of the Court House complex in Hackensack, to Josina Bosch (his brother in law, Riokers' Harlem) on 2-Sep-1701. He resided at at Phillipsburg, Orange County, New York, in 1704. He and Hillegond Bosch at Sleepy Hollow Church, Phillipsburg, Orange County, New York, 1704. Lodowyck Ackerman and Hillegond Bosch joined the Sleepy Hollow Church in 1704. Lodowyck Ackerman resided at at New York City, New York County, New York, in 1713. He and Hillegond Bosch joined RDC N.Y.C. by certificate 1-Dec-1713.
