Matilda was born about 1371 in Sadbury, Yorkshire, England.  Matilda's father was Patrick De Cheswyk and her mother was Catherine ? (Patrick).  Her paternal grandparents were Alexander De Cheswyk and Juliana ? (Alexander).  She was an only child.  She died  due to 12 JAN 2004.
