Thomas was born about 1310 in Swynnerton, Stone, Staffordshire, England.  Thomas' father was Sir Roger De Swynnerton and his mother was Matilda De Haughton.  He was an only child.  He died  due to 12 JAN 2004 in December 1361 in Swynnerton, Stone, Staffordshire, England.
