Richard was born on July 7th, 1383 in Shipbrook, Northwich, Cheshire, England.  Richard's father was Sir Richard De Vernon and his mother was Elizabeth (Isabel) Malbank.  His paternal grandfather was Richard De Vernon; his maternal grandfather is Sir Piers De Malbank.  He was an only child.  He died  due to 12 JAN 2004 at the age of 36 on September 8th, 1419.
