Cecily was born about 1333 in Mobberley, Bucklow, Cheshire, England.  Cecily's father was William Mobberley.  Her paternal grandparents were Sir William De Mobberley and Maude Downes.  She was an only child.  She died  due to 12 JAN 2004.
