Jane was born in 1563 in Kellashall, England and her baptism took place in 1564 in Kelshall, Hertford, England.  Jane's father was Thomas Sudbury and her mother was Alice ?.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 38 on March 21st, 1601 in Plumesgate, Framlingham, Suffolk, England.  Her burial was in St Michaels, Framlingham, Suffolk, England.
