St. Arnould de Heristal

Arnould was born on August 13th, 0582 in Heristal, Austrasia, France. Arnould's father was Ambassador Bodogisel (Borogiso) d'Aquitaine and his mother was Abbess Oda (Chrodoare) de Savoie. His paternal grandparents were Gondolfus (Mummolin) de Soissons (Mayor of the Palace) and Palatina d'Angouleme. He was an only child. He died at the age of 58 on July 18th, 0641 in Near Remiremont.
